Phase 1: Discovery, Planning, & Permitting

Comprehensive site assessment, identification of structural risks, detailed finalization of architectural and engineering plans, contract signing, and securing all municipal permits and insurance. 

Client receives a robust plan that anticipates structural issues, leading to a secure, final contract and timeline. 

Phase 2: Demolition & Rough Structure

Controlled demolition and removal of debris, installation of temporary supports, execution of all major structural changes (additions, load-bearing removal), and primary re-framing. 

The new, secure structural foundation for the renovation is complete and verified, ready for systems installation. 

Phase 3: Systems Installation & Finishes Prep

Installation of all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) rough-ins. Followed by insulation, drywall installation, and exterior cladding/window installation. 

All critical, hidden systems are installed accurately and inspected, achieving a sealed and prepared interior. 

Phase 4: Transformation, Handover & Warranty

Installation of interior finishes, flooring, custom cabinetry, final fixtures, and detailed quality control (punch list). Followed by final inspections and system training. 

Client moves into a completed, high-quality, transformed space backed by our comprehensive warranty.

However, a typical custom new construction project takes between 10 to 18 months from groundbreaking to final handover. After our initial discovery phase, we will provide you with a precise, detailed milestone schedule we are committed to meeting.

The General Contractor or a dedicated Project Manager is on site daily to manage logistics, ensure adherence to blueprints, and maintain quality standards. Additionally, the owner is committed to scheduled high-level visits multiple times per week, guaranteeing direct, high-level oversight of your project’s progress.
