The 4 Clear Phases of Construction

Phase 1: Project Planning & Permitting

Initial consultation, detailed review of plans and engineering, contract finalization, budget allocation, and securing all necessary municipal permits and insurance before site mobilization. 

Client receives a locked-in contract, a predictable milestone schedule, and assurance that all legal hurdles are cleared. 

Phase 2: Foundation & Structure

Execution of site preparation, excavation, foundation pouring, curing, and the erection of all structural framing and roof systems. Daily structural integrity checks are performed by the site PM. 

The secure, critical foundation and shell of the home or commercial space are accurately erected, on schedule. 

Phase 3: Comprehensive Build & Systems

Installation of all rough-in systems (MEP), insulation, drywall, exterior cladding, windows, and doors. Our consistent team ensures seamless coordination across all trade installations. 

All critical hidden systems are installed to code and the structure is sealed, ready for high-end interior finishes. 

Phase 4: Finishes, Handover & Warranty

Installation of all flooring, custom cabinetry, final fixtures, and detailed quality control (punch list). Followed by final inspections, system training, and official key handover with warranty activation. 

Client takes possession of a completed, move-in ready property, assured by our warranty and post-completion support.

The overall timeline depends entirely on the scope, complexity, and local permitting requirements. However, a typical custom new construction project takes between 10 to 18 months from groundbreaking to final handover. After our initial discovery phase, we will provide you with a precise, detailed milestone schedule we are committed to meeting.

The General Contractor or a dedicated Project Manager is on site daily to manage logistics, ensure adherence to blueprints, and maintain quality standards. Additionally, the owner is committed to scheduled high-level visits multiple times per week, guaranteeing direct, high-level oversight of your project’s progress.
